For years, the Mozaik Foundation has been a cornerstone in empowering youth, promoting entrepreneurship, and fostering sustainable development in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Mozaik views young people as the architects of a fairer and more sustainable future – a future shaped through lifelong learning, where numerous projects and startups have been successfully launched.
As a natural extension of its mission, the Mozaik Foundation will support the ESG Adria Summit 2025, broadening its impact beyond Bosnia and Herzegovina. Recognizing the increasing importance of ESG principles in shaping the future of the region, the organization has already been actively involved in developing several programs that address sustainability and ESG.
"Mozaik Foundation embodies the spirit of innovation and sustainability that the ESG Adria Summit is all about. Put into the mix that they are trying to harness youth power to solve some burning challenges of today, and we have a winning combination. All of this makes them a key partner to push the sustainability and innovation agenda forward," said Biljana Braithwaite, Director of Sustineri Partners and organizer of the ESG Adria Summit.
Mozaik’s Commitment to Sustainability Through Technology and the Creation of Future Jobs
Since 2018, the Mozaik Foundation has supported over 450 impact businesses. Notably, the sustainability of these ventures surpasses the global average, with an impressive survival rate of 71%. Through these efforts, the Mozaik has demonstrated how responsible entrepreneurship can ensure long-term success.
Today, the Mozaik integrates ESG principles into its core operations, emphasizing responsible investment, inclusive economic growth, and sustainable business practices. It provides young entrepreneurs and companies with financial, advisory, and strategic support, ensuring that businesses adopt responsible investment practices and holistic ESG strategies that align with economic and environmental sustainability standards.
"The Mozaik Foundation is committed to transforming the economy of Bosnia and Herzegovina into an inclusive, innovative, and knowledge-driven economy, aligning with the SDG principles. We achieve this by developing the human capital of the future, encouraging the creation of ESG-focused jobs, and shaping transformative policies that enable sustainable progress. Through our Tech 4 Impact Fund, we will soon launch and finance a total of 8 new ESG-driven startups, contributing to the development of sustainable jobs of the future," said Zoran Puljić, Director of the Mozaik Foundation.
By joining ESG Adria Summit 2025, Mozaik continues to bridge the gap between youth-led innovation and traditional business, ensuring that everyone is equipped to build a more resilient and responsible future.
