For instance, they were the first operator in Serbia to introduce digital onboarding and video identification, developed in collaboration with a local company. These types of features are making essential services more accessible and are aligned with the company's strategy of becoming a digital partner of its customers.

Moreover, the company has launched the "For My City" digital platform, in cooperation with the municipalities of Mali Iđoš and Apatin. The platform has been developed to help local self-governments in Serbia to collaborate directly with citizens and improve their local environment. The platform consists of intuitive mobile and web applications, which were launched for the first time to citizens in the two municipalities.

Their commitment to education is evident in initiatives like the mts app competition, both in Serbia, but also in Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina. This contest aims to promote creativity and innovation among high school students. In addition, the "We Create Knowledge" project, has so far equipped 140 information science classrooms in 140 elementary schools throughout Serbia and for this purpose invested 140 million dinars.
